Terms and conditions

The following conditions, including the terms of payment and delivery, apply in the version corresponding to the date of your order. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

EIVLIS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of the order shall apply.

The contract is concluded with the payment of the ordered goods. Please note that the purchase contract is confirmed only after receipt of payment.

The purchase contract is concluded by sending (online) the order and acceptance by EIVLIS. Prerequisite for a valid purchase contract is the complete and truthful completion of the order form provided on the Internet and the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

All orders are processed and delivered by the local post office. Orders within Switzerland will be shipped by Swiss Post. International shipping may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that the delivery date may vary depending on the postal service of the country where the order was placed. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is completed.

EIVLIS is free to set the prices and change them at any time. When ordering, the price published on the website is authoritative. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Our webshop offers the following payment options:

The cost of shipping and handling will be added to each order at checkout. For international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all import duties and merchandise taxes incurred by international shipping and customs. Any COD charges incurred by the logistics partner or customs duties are the full responsibility of the customer.

EIVLIS has the right to refer customers to our Terms and Conditions when inquiring about outstanding packages.

Products marked as “available” are normally shipped within 4 – 10 business days between Monday and Saturday from receipt of order. This does not apply to orders on request, where the estimated delivery date will be communicated to the customer by mail.

Unless otherwise agreed, EIVLIS ships national and international orders by Swiss Post. The terms, information and delivery times of the Swiss Post apply.

EIVLIS attaches great importance to indicate availabilities in the online store up to date and accurate. Nevertheless, all information on availability is without guarantee and may change at any time. If a product is no longer available or incorrectly marked as “available”, the customer will be notified by e-mail and a new provisional delivery date will be agreed.

Since each product is unique, it is sold only once and not produced again. If an item is no longer available, EIVLIS can withdraw from the contract. Customers will be fully reimbursed for any payments made for the product in question.

The delivered products are to be checked by the customer immediately after acceptance for completeness, correctness and delivery damage. If there is a defect, this must be reported to EIVLIS by mail within 4 calendar days.

EIVLIS guarantees at the time of conclusion of the contract that the product ordered is free of defects and in good working order.

Orders of products can not be returned, exchanged or canceled. In case of problems or if the ordered product does not meet the expectations, the customer can contact EIVLIS by mail. We will look for a solution bilaterally.

Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is governed by Swiss law. In exceptional cases, EIVLIS is liable only up to the maximum value of the transaction.

EIVLIS collects only the data necessary for the processing of your order and uses itself exclusively for this purpose. EIVLIS is committed to protecting your privacy. We undertake never to disclose the data of our customers to third parties or other organizations.
